It analyzes live communications, emails, chat logs, meeting transcripts, and media to identify patterns related to: Power dynamics, bias and discrimination, emotional empathy, manipulation, toxicity, and more.

‍Intended Use: For personal insight, documentation, and professional development.

‍Limitations: Not a substitute for legal advice, psychological evaluation, or workplace investigations.

Registration Requirements: Email and username for free trials; Stripe payment for subscriptions.


3. User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

Users agree to engage responsibly. Prohibited behaviors include:
1. Illegal Activities: Fraud, harassment, or violating laws.
2. Harmful Intent: Harassment, discrimination, or violations of human rights.
3. Reverse Engineering: Copying or altering software code or algorithms.
4. Spamming: Distributing malicious content or phishing.
5. Circumvention: Bypassing security measures or exploiting vulnerabilities. 6. Data Exploitation: Misusing others' data without consent.
7. Automated Access: Using bots or scrapers without authorization.
8. Competitive Misuse: Developing competing products using our platform.
9. Disruption: Overloading infrastructure or conducting DDoS attacks.
10. Inappropriate Content: Sharing harmful or misleading material.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of IP

Pathos X™ retains ownership of the DecodifyAI™ software, algorithms, and all underlying intellectual property. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use DecodifyAI™ in accordance with these Terms.

Content and Data Ownership

Users retain ownership of any content or data they input into DecodifyAI™.

Pathos X™ retains ownership of outputs, analyses, or derivative works generated by DecodifyAI™, unless explicitly stated otherwise in your subscription plan.

Rights and Use of DecodifyAI Outputs

Users on the Super User plan have the exclusive right to own, distribute, and use unaltered DecodifyAI analyses for any purpose, branded or unbranded. If users wish to alter, modify, or create derivative works based on DecodifyAI analyses while attributing them to DecodifyAI, they must:

1. Explicitly demarcate the original DecodifyAI content from the new content, clearly identifying which portions are generated by DecodifyAI.

2. Include a disclaimer stating:

"Any alterations or derived content are not endorsed by Pathos X™ and may not accurately represent the original DecodifyAI™ analysis in its entirety."

Transparency in Attribution and Use of Outputs

Pathos X™ values the integrity of DecodifyAI™ analyses. Super User plan subscribers are encouraged to distribute DecodifyAI-generated outputs freely, whether branded or unbranded. However, any modified or derived content that retains DecodifyAI attribution must clearly distinguish original analyses from user-added content to prevent misrepresentation or misuse.

Reports of misuse, including improper attribution, misrepresentation, or unauthorized distribution of DecodifyAI™ analyses, will be reviewed promptly. Pathos X™ reserves the right to take appropriate action, including issuing takedown requests or terminating user access. Reports can be submitted to report-misuse@pathos-x.com.

Empowering Responsible Use, Protecting Integrity

Pathos X™ empowers users with the freedom to leverage DecodifyAI™ outputs responsibly while ensuring transparency and credibility.

License Restrictions

Users may not:
- Modify or create derivative works of the software itself.
- Transfer or sublicense access to the software without authorization.
- Use the software in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

5. Data & Privacy

As an individual or enterprise user, whose use of Pathos X™ and DecodifyAI™ is subject to the Pathos X™ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, your data and DecodifyAI's analyses and ratings will remain private to you. Pathos X does not, and will never utilize user data for LLM training.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

1. Services Provided As-Is: No warranties or guarantees.

2. Professional Advice: Analyses are informational and not legal, HR, or psychological advice.

3.Third-Party Services: Pathos X™ is not responsible for outages or     inaccuracies caused by external services.

7. Payment Terms

Subscription Model: Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

‍Refund Policy:
- Users are offered a 7-day free trial with a limit of 50 credits. Credits provided during the free trial are non-refundable.
‍
- For paid subscriptions, refunds for unused credits are available within 30 days of purchase. Users may request a refund at help@pathos-x.com.


8. Termination

Violations: Pathos X™ reserves the right to terminate accounts.
‍Account Deletion: Users may request deletion at help@pathos-x.com.


9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction: Florida, U.S.

Resolution Process:
- Informal Resolution: Users must notify Pathos X™ of disputes at operations@pathos-x.com.

- Binding Arbitration: Conducted under AAA rules, either in Tampa, Florida, or virtually.
‍
- Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be resolved individually.
‍
- Exceptions: IP disputes and small claims court cases may bypass arbitration.


‍10. Prohibition Against Human Rights Violations

Pathos X™ strictly prohibits the use of its services to violate inherent human rights. Users must not engage in activities that promote discrimination, harassment, exploitation, or harm. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination. Reports can be submitted to report-misuse@pathos-x.com.
